Nathan,
I believe everyone agrees that your power point skills are amazing. I was just wondering where you learned how to use power point so well and if there is possibility you would teach a power point decal which I would enroll in a heartbeat.
Heh, thanks for the compliment. Like a lot of things I've never taken classes on this stuff (I've never taken a formal class in photography, ever) - powerpoint is just something I picked up doing various class presentations throughout high school.
I'm actually pretty sure that if you were to actually take a course on powerpoint, it would tell you to do everything I'm NOT doing - ex. each slide should be small and succinct, and animations are annoying and superfluous and should be avoided like the plague. Here's a video if you want some tips ; )

I think the main reason you might think the powerpoints look cool is because of all the animation, and to be perfectly honest I do it in powerpoint because it's somewhat fast to put together, and because I'm too lazy to learn Flash, which is really the tool I should be using for things like this.
Anyhow, if you really want to learn how I make the powerpoints you can download all the files, and then just open the "custom animation" pane and play around with what's available.
