Application for Digital Photography DeCal

Here is the application for the Digital Photography DeCal class. You need to have attended the mandatory meeting in order to sign up - otherwise your priority will be below everyone else who did attend, meaning that it is extremely unlikely that you will get in.

Application questions

Write a short statement about yourself - your prior experience with photography or education in general, what you want to do in the future, and what you hope to get from this class. You don't have to turn this into a resume; I'm not concerned with your qualifications so much as I want to get a feel for who you are and what you want to learn.

List (at least) three topics or concepts you're interested in learning more about. This is mostly for getting an idea of what you guys want to learn about and tailoring the course to that.
